We couldn’t say thank you enough times to Quality Restoration. The circumstances were unfortunate, but we’re fortunate they came to our rescue twice. The fist time was in our primary home back in 2019 when the fridge ice maker malfunctioned and water leaked into kitchen, living room, pantry and one of the bedrooms. They responded quickly and dispatched a crew, cleaning, setting up drying fans, carpet/pad, moisture/mold checks. Their crew were timely, professional, and worked very hard to minimize the impact to our daily lives. Again, back in September 2020, they came to our rescue at rental townhome when upstairs master bathroom toilet leaked and caused damage to carpet, dry wall, downstairs bathroom ceiling, and so on. Quality restorations worked with our insurance company and the process was seamless. They kept us and renters in the loop and again they took care of the repairs and their quality was higher than i expected. Thank you!

WOW! This could be a really long review! The service performed was due to a death in a home in Tucson’s July heat which was not discovered for almost 2 weeks. The owner and staff walk into dangerous health situations when doing the Bio-Hazard work that was required just to clean up/salvage a room from this kind of event. Then on top of that to find out that it just wasn’t the for lack of a better word “death room” that was involved but upon entering the premises to find in their vernacular “gross filth and hoarding” that made this job as far as I am concerned really “icky!!!” It was a not so distant but much older relative so the work had to be addressed. From initially meeting Lem, the owner, who turns out worked with my construction hubby more than once many many years ago and who hubby knew was “the best of the best” already we had no doubt that they would do an excellent job. And from Mariska who coordinated contact and updated us via pictures and texts and emails we knew exactly the time period involved and agreed with her every suggestion. Finish time is here and it is absolutely amazing that what they started with which was appalling is now with paint, new appliances and some other renovating a decent place to live. Thank You Lem and Mariska and all the staff that worked so diligently on the “death room” and getting all the junk (hoarding issues) and filth gone!!!!!

An absolutely outstanding company with amazing customer service. I had a sewer line blockage which resulted in a toilet overflow – flooded my house with an inch of water. It happened on a Saturday evening, and they were out cleaning up an hour and a 1/2 after I called. The employees were kind, personable, courteous, professional. For the next week, they were at my house several times checking the status and keeping me updated. The owner of the company even called me on Sunday!
